Introduction
ViaVinea offers guided vineyard tours and wine tasting initiation services. Our goal is to provide an enriching and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour will not be refunded.
Tour Details
Tours will be conducted by Schott Jeremy, an experienced guide in vineyard tourism and wine tasting.
Guests are expected to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Safety and Conduct
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the guide.
Any disruptive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the tour without a refund.
Liability
ViaVinea is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
